Q. Where is CyscoExpert located?

It is about 10 miles West of Chicago's O'Hare International airport.
Q. When is CyscoExpert open?
A. Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
In some special circumstances we can open our facility during Saturdays and Sundays in order to accommodate the desired number of hours purchased by you.
For example, if you would like to purchase a block of 50 or 60 hours of training package and would like to stay in our facility for 6 or 7 days or if you would like to
come to our facility for 4 or 5 days and would like to start the training during the weekend or middle of the week, we can accommodate such requests by opening
the facility during the weekend.
Q. How does the CCIE Lab training scheduling work?
A. Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis. You can distribute your training hours however you like, within any time frame of your choosing.
We are open five days a week and the hours of operation are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm

Q. What hotel should I stay at?
A. If you are planning to rent a car use this hotel because it is about 5 to 6 miles away from our office.
If you are NOT planning to rent a car, you can stay at one of the following hotels (you can walk to any one of these hotels within 5 to 10 minutes from our office):

Q. Does each student work on their own rack in the CCIE Lab training program?
A. Yes. Each student works on their own CCIE rack.
Q. Does CyscoExpert provide lab scenarios to work on?
A. Yes. CyscoExpert will provide you with all the materials necessary while you are with us. Our lab scenarios cover all relevant topics. Many of our past students
have commented that our lab scenarios are harder than the actual CCIE lab. The scenarios are written by one of our instructors who is a triple CCIE, content is
updated frequently based on the equipment and technologies added to the certification program.
Q. I can't make it to Chicago. Will CyscoExpert come to me?
